Inside Sales Position
Great Northern Video is seeking a bright, energetic person with previous experience in professional video equipment sales and/or video production to join our successful sales team.
You will be helping customers in all facets of the selection and operation of video/audio equipment and accessories, both on the phone and facetoface. You will act as a backup to our outside sales force when they are on the road or otherwise in need of assistance. You will possess a solid attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well with people. Marketing experience and/or education is a plus.

Qualified candidates will have:
•2+ years technician and service experience installing and servicing commercial audio and video equipment.
•Industry (audio and video) and construction knowledge.
•Knowledge of video and audio, source decks, screens, displays, wiring, cabling, and rack-building.
•Experience with loudspeaker and video projector mounting and suspension.
•Familiar with 70-volt sound systems and sound reinforcement systems.
•An understanding of audio-visual signal flow.
•Must be versatile with powered and hand tools, as well as standard test equipment.
•Ability to problem solve customer’s issues.
•Good documentation of work orders and daily job details.
•Know how to solder & crimp connections; pull cable; lift up to 75#, and climb ladders/scaffolding/lifts to 20 feet+.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Knowledge of computer systems and networking is a plus.
•AutoCad knowledge a plus.
Requirements:
•Dependability, flexibility, initiative and a desire to be challenged.
•Valid license and good driving record.
•Some travel required.
•Ability to successfully work as a team member as well as independently.
